"Stress is not a disease in itself but it can increase the risks of diseases"

 

 -This stress management program concerns those businesses which, through such bodies as prevention or security committees, aim to create not only an environment which encourages productivity but also to contribute to the

well-being of the employees,therefore preventing stress-related problems and their consequences, typically the departure of precious collaborators.

-In March 1999 the National Work Council approved a motion to establish a cultureof stress prevention in the workplace.

-One aspect of stress is that of a situation experienced in a negative way. This situation is trigerred when the objectives that one wants to, or has to reach are beyond the capabilities of the individual, and when that person's physical or mental integrity are threatened.
